I might be wrong...but I think he still has a small grade issue.

I have actually wondered about this. His recruitment just has seemed like there is an issue somewhere. It's like the coaches want him but they know there are other issues involved.

 
Not confirmed on rivals yet, but with the class quickly filling up it would make sense he'd pull the trigger
