I don't get on here very often over the weekend, mainly just browse at work. Just saw this, and just read through the transfer thread. Guess this is all pointless since he'll likely never set foot in Lincoln. Think we're better off, don't think he would have cracked the two deep. If we want to go this route I'd rather we raided the JUCO ranks for some 2 for 2 guys. Usually a little more drive and motivation for those guys than we'd find in a spoiled Boulder kid. Just my opinion. Obviously not shared by many, but that's not unusual.

I know, sorry man. I just can't seem to get too worked up over the Huskerboard drama lately. It's just kinda ho-hum. Seems like every week there is something/someone new. It's becoming less about the Huskers and more a pissing match between members. Some of the biggest controversies being amongst some of the best members (EZ-E, etc). Sorry I even contributed to it. This is my 4th offseason on HB and each one has been worse than the last. Not sure if that is a reflection of the program or us as fans. (well, i'm not "true" fan so I guess I should exclude myself)

It's really starting to reflect in the conversations I have with other fans - and it's certainly not limited to this board but guys at work, bar, etc. No one is all that optimistic anymore. could be. or maybe how any "hate" or thread that contains much of anything but sunshine seems to end up in here lately to die. here's a perfect example of what I'm talking about...you've been here a couple of seasons Q - do you remember Knapp being like this? Knapp used to burst with sunshine (unless Zoogies and he were talking about Watson that is)

I think being outscored by Wiscy by an average of 22.33 points per game is beyond embarrassing.

I think it's pretty surprising Sparty is losing their best players on both sides of the ball this year, yet Vegas still picks them to be the Legends champs, and that this is more an indictment against our offense than an endorsement of their prowess.

I think it's pretty sad that, after two years in the Big Ten, we're basically the same team as Northwestern.

I think we're about where I thought we'd be against Minny, Michigan and Iowa.

I think we're pretty lucky to have had Ohio State at home, with Fickell as their head coach, for one of those years.

Because we have differing opinions on the state of the football program I'm a douche? Because I didn't wet myself over a Colorado transfer I'm a douche? I guess I don't really get it. Sure, I'm certainly not full of sunshine these days. The program isn't where I'd like to see it. I don't run into many people that think it is. You probably don't either. My guess is you'd rather talk about something else though, I tend to like to discuss changes/improvements versus patting myself on the back. Probably my job, since change and process automation is what I do every day.
