OL Tanner Farmer, Highland, Ill. (NR to No. 82): "When Farmer arrived at the St. Louis Rivals Camp Series presented by Under Armour last spring, he held no offers and we only vaguely knew who he was. He went on to win offensive line MVP at that event and has not looked back since. After impressing day after day at the Under Armour All-American Game earlier this month, it was clear he is a top 100 caliber prospect." -- Helmholdt - See more at: http://footballrecruiting.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1599669#sthash.pdx0HOOv.dpuf

Will be the #3 guard in the nation per Rivals.

Congrats!
How is he not bumped to 5 star status, then?
I don't know when it is complete but this shows he is #16. Also NO Guards are a 5 star

StPaulHusker, they were discussing over the new Rivals rankings, not the 247 ones. Just thought that'd save some confusion.
Oops. My bad. Either way, No OG's are 5 star and only 3 OT's. Plus Rivals shows Farmer as #9

They had not truly finalized the rankings.

Ended up the #4 guard in the final Rivals rankings because they moved Braden Smith (from KS) over from tackle to guard.

Is that 5 star? Not that it matters just curious.
