He will definitely need to work on strength (both upper and lower body) but has good explosion and shows and ability to get off blocks.

Of all the areas where a reruit can be lacking, this is the area I have the least problem with. Get them a year or two in the system (although it looks as though our DEs will need to be ready to go for the next few years) and those strength concerns will disappear.
