Bo has successfully lowered expectations to the point where he'll likely be able to meet them.

Bo Bill Callahan has successfully lowered expectations to the point where he'll Bo will likely be able to meet them.
FIFY
you are still referencing the coach that was fired seven years ago for getting blown out and not winning a championship?
Yeah honestly. What effect Bill Callahan has on the success of a Nebraska team at this point is essentially zero. It's a tired excuse.
But his years here did contribute to the lowered expectations...if not 50% of the arguments against getting rid of Bo wouldn't start with "do you want the Callahan years again - can't fire 9 win coach"

It's funny 'cause it's true.
Who has claimed this is the expectations? Who's expectations? The fans?? No. Bo's??? No.

Whose expectations are you referencing?

Personally, it will be a very disappointing season if we end up 3rd. I expect us to be much better than that this year. For the life of me, I honestly can not see why people are so high on Iowa this year. And, don't give me the crap about "they beat us last year". That game has nothing to do with this year.
