I've never been a fan of this defense. It pains me seeing us play 10 yards off the ball on ALL our DB's. We give them easy passes all day long. If our corners are good let them play press and make them earn their yards. I can't believe no coach on our team sees this issue! It's been there since game one and hasn't left.
 
I've been okay with Banker, but I'm now on the bandwagon that he needs to go. How many will opposing teams hit the underneath route or the RB in the flat? And we have no answer.

Also, Langs needs to go.

I don't agree with firing anybody else at this point - but please tell me why some of you think Bray is a shoe in for DC or would be good at it? No experience right?

I don't know if he'd be a good DC. But he's a really good recruiter. And he can't be any worse than the DC we have now.

But you forgot about firing Langsdorf. We will never be successful with his offense.
We went 9-4 this year, I'd say that's pretty successfull. Especially when you consider we don't have all the pieces in place for the offense yet, but it's getting there.

 
Langford at least has the excuse of not having his players yet, and we are getting more pro style guys in. Our defense has decent guys here and it doesn't seem like we got better guys coming in. Soooo. Fire banker

9 and 4 were failures under 2 of the past 3 coaches.

Did you actually watch the offense the past 2 years? With the exception of Tommy it's been awful.

 
I am not sure what this means in regards to our coordinators, but I'm just going to leave this nugget right here.

Our 4 losses this year had a point differential of -109.

Our 9 wins this year had a point differential of +143.
