I'm with Saunders on this. The only thing I won't take on a hot dog is relish. Keep that bullsh#t away.

Use dill relish. It's superior to the trash that's loaded with sugar.

I'll have to try that.

Normal relish tastes like what I imagine a sugary butt hole tastes like. I also despise sweet pickles!

Dill relish is the only relish worth having. Also, Giardiniera is amazing and should be on your brat or Italian sausage-on-bun.

For real! My wife makes her own with a bunch of spices, and peppers, then we either throw it on a salad, or throw it in the food processor for toppings.

Best relish is to simply dice up a variety of pickle that you like. I make my own pickles and the ones that don't end up crisp enough, I use for relish.

I make tartar sauce by mincing a Clausen mini dill and mixing it into mayo. It's amazing.
