The 6th person who thinks rape is only rape if there is obvious physical force involved. Getting really sick of the ignorance on this.
She didn’t say it was assault until 2 years later, and waiting to report it doesn’t mean it wasn’t assault anymore than the lack of physical force.
You later give reasons to doubt her, which I agree with. But I want people to stop being ignorant about what is required for sexual assault to be sexual assault. It can be rape even if it doesn’t look that way to anyone watching the video. It’s legally considered rape if you use coercion/threats/blackmail which would not have occured on camera. Not saying any of that happened, I just want people to realize rape doesn’t necessarily look a certain way.
The lack of physical force isn’t a reason to doubt her (there are other reasons for that). It just means the video is not very good evidence of her claim, which is likely why she’s not taking legal action.
