Ok researched it back, it is a bit misreported. So you can't really get a margin of error until you have final results which this is fluid so it will be some time to clarify that. That said the test kits had a 70% sensitivity rate so that leads to a conclusion that up to 30% could be positive and show negative.
You said American testing was delayed because they were using flawed tests from Europe, which is why the CDC decided to make their own tests.
This is not the case, correct?
Europe had a 30% error rate so the CDC said screw off and we are making our own. Should have 4million tests made in the coming days and double that heading into next week
