The P&R Plague Thread (Covid-19)

Saying "I don't blame Trump for people being stupid" in response to the chloroquine deaths, is the same as saying "People who listen to Trump are stupid."

There's really no way around that. It's stupid to listen to Trump.

Now if the people defending Trump by saying it's not his fault people died to chloroquine would all realize the above, this world will be a much better place in January.

Trump is going to do it. He's going to ignore the advice of the experts and try to get the economy moving again.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT.  Stay at home. Practice social distancing.  Listen to the medical professionals.

The guy that died... drank fish tank chemical.... just because it had chloroquine phosphate in it does not mean he "followed Trump's direction"

Listen to the interview before you go spouting off. The wife SPECIFICALLY SAYS they did it because Trump recommended it.

Also a few things I've been thinking about. Two of the industries that are struggling the most are still operating. Last I checked you can still get on a cruise and you can still take domestic flights. These companies aren't suffering because of closures and cancellations. Social distancing isn't what's causing the market downturn, a global pandemic is more the reason. You can't fix the economy unless you solve the public health crisis.

the problem is that trump has convinced many of his cult that anything that contradicts what he says is fake news.   so experts saying that form of chloroquine isn't good for you fell on deaf ears because dear leader said chloroquine is a miracle cure.

I'm not sure why he thinks opening them will magically make him money. Operating a business with no customers is more expensive than closing said business. He will lose more money
