So tRump says that the places that were being praised like New Zealand are now surging again- basically saying that he is doing a good job.   NZ  - 9 new cases   USA - $42k new cases.   I guess tRump didn't pay attention in his math classes either. 


 
tRump also 'jokes' that God was challenging him to rebuild the economy a 2nd time.  It is always about him.

Translation:

God:  Since my # 1 priority is to see the rise of the American stock market, I am amazed by what president Trump has done.  I wonder if he can do it again.  I bet he can.  To prove it, I will inflict mankind wt this horrendous virus that has no cure, and many people will die.  This will be a trial for all mankind to prove that my favorite president is as good as he thinks he is.

Trump:  God has made me the greatest president of all time, we have the greatest economy of all time, we have the greatest country of all time all because of me, I'm the greatest man of all time.  The virus is a test against my greatness.  It isn't about how I respond quickly and find solutions that will save lives.  Lives don't matter.  What matters is the economy and the stock market.  I will rise up to the test and make sure the stock market  is rebuilt.  Ignoring and denial and calling the virus a hoax was my first step.  Opening up the economy too quickly was my plan B and it has worked. The stock market has risen.  Lives, destroying the post office, opening up the economy too soon don't matter.  What matters is my place in history as the greatest.

These are the type of guys Trump listens to.  Look at some of his cabinet members   I guess for trump to be the brightest bulb in the room he had to but some dimwits around him

 
I haven't checked in on this thread over the past week or so - did anybody else see this and also Fauci's comments on T-cell immunity? I feel really encouraged by this information:

TL;DR: The information in this study says that it seems immunity for COVID-19 is quite likely. This immunity probably doesn't live so much in your anti-bodies but rather in your T-cells - which are fortunately typically longer lasting.

Agreed. And this information has been getting some exposure for a couple months. Unfortunately it wasn’t as headline-grabbing as ‘you can get infected again with COVID!’ and ‘Look what our president tweeted today!’ which I guess moves the needle more. 

 
The middle school in my wife's district is already having to send kids home. Apparently one kid was waiting on COVID test results and the parents sent them to school anyway, so now they have 60 kids/teachers at home instead
