Yeah, that situation may have made Nebraska more attractive than the first go-round, but the fanbase would have absolutely s#!t its pants if Frost was fired two seasons in and during the COVID year, replaced by a coach most Husker fans genuinely didn't like.  

I forgot to include Little Rock as a destination no more desirable than Lincoln. 

 
Someone needs to go get a goat and take it to memorial stadium and put it in the middle of the field in the middle of the N and sacrifice it to the football gods 

 
Why don’t we hire away all the good coaches in the SEC and BIGTen to analyst spots so we get rid of the competition.  Three hundred million would buy us a championship pretty much.  Get the best players from each team we may need to build a three deep of each class.  
 

Then the HC candidates can have a HC challenge (written tests, interviews and physical skills competition).  TV rights would cover a bunch of the costs too!   
 

Just a wild idea that might work!   Lol

There's a hot take.  Recency bias would be all the love Mickey got before he lost on Saturday, and also the negative items since Saturday late afternoon.

You guys need to make up your minds. You say you want a goat. Then you want to sacrifice it….  :facepalm:
 

I think if a goat shows up, we’d better feed and water it well and provide it the very best accommodations!
