The last couple years, I always heard that QBs coming out of HS being paid a lot, was contingent on them starting. I haven't heard that recently.More. Starting pay for Ward is 2 million.

I wonder when these will start having performance incentives in them. Something like, your base pay is $500,000. You get the rest if you start, completion percentage over %65, better than 2-1 TD/INT ratio, less than 7 fumbles, team wins 9+ games.
Or, is it just going to be, you get $2 mill for just signing and showing up.
