Or he just actually had a change of heart and really wants to be a Cornhusker.  Maybe knowing that he wasn't going to br playing for his dad's school that he went to opened up his mind to thinking.  We can say he should have did it earlier but he is still young.

obviously he would have some interest playing here even without the money, but i don't think we are getting interest from 2 top transfer portal QBs and a 5 star QB right now without NIL money dangling.

This day and age I think you are way off base.  It’s about the money.
