****Purdue Game Day Thread****

I'm sure there are major adjustments being made in both locker rooms right now. Somebody has to get this team together and on the same page. 

 
Even if we win this game today.....who are we going to beat the rest of the season?  not Rutgers...not UCLA.....not Indiana...going to hang out bowl hopes on beating Iowa?  doesn't seem likely

I dunno, I'm picking up on some south park little league vibes where the fans are the parents wanting their kids to win.  Meanwhile the kids dont want to keep playing and try to lose, yet the other team is just slightly better at losing.  Pretty much what's been display on the field today

NU is getting some questionable calls from the refs and if this stops in the 2nd half, there is a good chance this turns into a loss. 

I would like to see NU start to run the ball but, based on the way that Purdon't is lining up, Raiola is going to have to beat them with the pass. 

The special teams- I don't know what to say. Just bloody awful. Punt them down inside the 10 and you have a gunner standing around in the EZ apparently not watching where the punt will land. Obviously don't get me started on the snap, hold, and kick. I don't know what is wrong with Hohl but can Ottomanelli be worse? I guess so. 

Still plenty of time to win this game. The defense is playing pretty well against an awful offense.

This team lost by 60 to Notre Dame. I appreciate the analysis, but perhaps Nebraska is just really bad. 
 

If we were good, against a team like this, we should be able to impose our will no matter how they’re lining up. 
 

We hired an infant to coach the receivers and a fraud for ST. Our O line coach is here because we wanted his nephew. 
 

The program is a mess. 

 
Win or lose today this was a gigantic step backward for Matt Rhule's Nebraska program.

He won't fire anyone during the season, but he must begin the process to start considering who deserves to be kept on this coaching staff.

This first half today was an embarrasment to the game of football.

These are two bad teams.  There will be no major adjustments.

PU is going to come out and run the ball with that huge walkon RB who is getting 5 yards a carry and then they are going to take a shot down field that will either be caught or get a flag.  And PU will be up 7-0

Satt will then freak out and go 3 straight passes, PU will get the ball back and the game will be over.

 
I swear, if we lose in a shutout, I don't think I'll watch another game this year. 

There are better things I could be doing on Saturdays. Things that don't include torturing myself.
