Shaggybevo limits the number of posts a newbie can make, until they've been there a certain amount of times (or posts). I don't have a bevo account, but I recall reading that Akita had a limited number of posts/day in the thread about Akita's fence destruction episode.

Shaggy does that because certain parts of their forum (homologous to the Woodshed here basically) are only open to members who have more than 50 posts or something. They don't want the new guys just spamming all over to reach the 50 post quota. IIRC, at least

Texags does the same thing. You only get a certain number of posts a day until you work your way up

And the cap on Po should be -4. That's about right twice as many as my -8.
