I usually hit the gym at least 4 sometimes 5 days a week. I decided to take the next couple of months off of lifting and just hit the cardio real hard.
I was just curious because your interest said lifting weights. I go 3 days a week but I'm not benching that much yet. You should have lied, because I was going to challenge you to an arm wrestling match! lol
I max at around 325, I haven't lifted real heavy for a long time. Once I had shoulder surgery I decided to just try and keep my bench around 225 or so when I'm doing reps and regular workouts. Why?
