    Did Romo spill the beans on something?  Have seen numerous things about Romo scripting the plays before they happened.

    He just knows what they are going to run by using motion, reading the defense, and audibling. The guy did it for years, its not a big secret if you know football and study tape. What blows me away is how KC couldnt figure it out.

    Man. I knew these kids would begin to flock back to NU and pass on scholarships, I just didn’t think it would happen so quickly. This is great.

    Georgia played Bama tougher than any other team. I’m happy they won’t both be in the playoffs, but Georgia doesn’t seem overrated.

    This sounds chappy but one of my favorite parts of the game Friday and my new respect for Iowa was the waving to the children in the hospital. Talking with Iowa fans,  that is the reason they havent expanded the stadium on that side.  They are expanding on the North side though and adding another big video board to mirror the South side.

    Yeah, that is a cool thing they do. I don't like them, at all, but ya gotta respect how the team conducts it's business and give them credit for the Children's hospital thing.

    Im watching a California HS game and Centennial ran a zone read.  The RB got lit up right off the bat but the QB kept the ball and scored a 60+ yard TD but the refs blew the play dead as soon as the RB got tackled.

    @Stumpy1 In college, any part of the body for either wrestler is in-bounds. For HS, it has to be body parts that are carrying one of the wrestlers body weight.

    What you described would be in-bounds for college but out for HS.

    Its that way in HS also.  You can score a takedown and backpoints if the opponent is OB but you still have 2 anchor points in bounds.  The rules changed last year.

    I don't like to see guys knocked out, but receivers do assume some risk for playing a very physical game at high speed.  Like stuff just happens sometimes.

    JJ- no head to head contact but they ruled that the receiver was defenseless. He caught the ball on the corner with two guys converging, as he turned up field, one of the OSU players shoulder pad made some contact with the receivers helmet.  The receiver was apparently knocked out as he laid on the field for awhile and needed help off and  kudos to him for hanging on to the ball in his unconscious state.  It was reviewed and the call upheld and the corner was ejected.  I thought he hit his head on the turf.

    So, it was much closer to being an actual penalty that may have really occurred than our roughing the QB  :D
