I think we get spoiled pretty quickly around here. We haven't been perfect on defense and people want White replaced already. We haven't had a defense that stops the run like this in quiet some time and I can't remember a defense since the 90s that didn't have Heisman Suh that gets to the QB as well as this one. We consistently pressure the QB and we stop the run. Could the secondary be better? Yes but we are absolutely headed in the right direction and already have a defense that keeps us in football games by stonewalling the run game, making timely sacks, getting stops after quick turnarounds with their backs against the goal line, and grabbing turnovers in key moments. In my opinion we actually have a defense worth getting excited over for the first time in over a decade even if we give up yards in the pass game.

YES!!!!

Stopping the run is first on the list of needs.  This defense has done that very well for most of the year.  I'll take that at this point in the rebuild.  

Anyone wanting someone different than White right now is delusional.  Not having that great of a secondary may help us keep him around for another year.  😁

It gets tiring when teams can just run all over us so it was a nice change of pace this year. I'll take giving up yards to spread RPO teams for now. We didn't give up major points to any team except Indiana either.
