I get flipping a roster but not the way he’s gone about it. As much as college football landscape has changed with transfer and NIL rules, still need to bring in HS kids to develop over 3-5 seasons, which does not appear to be happening.

Flipping it every year means your coaching doesn’t really have value. And your recruiting targets will see you’re not invested in them. I think he might be gone by the end of year 3, if he lasts that long.

He has zero plans of being there 3-5 years.  My money is he always was going to leave after Sheduer got drafted, that was the point of all of this.  Make some money, get the kid drafted, spend some time being on TV and peace out.

I agree that this has always been the goal. 

 
Sanders would be a great 7v7 coach.  It is what flash and dash people of the HS world like too.

These people tend to forget as much as football has changed through the years, it is all about the trenches.  That is the only reason Michigan has been beating OSU.  They were just so much better in the trenches.
