You don’t have a future in this.  It could have been better written as:

Sounds like we have our Punter coming in. Rhule said they haven’t announced him yet but plans are for him to be on campus on June 1st to start June 2nd training.

A handful of Aussie style punters have been signed from the portal recently to other teams. But I do see an Aussie style punter hit the portal recently from Washington. Was going to be the starter following the departure of Jack McCalister.

The aussie punter is not a forbidden secret.  And considering the last 7-8 years of awful punting, while teams with aussie punters flip the field, I'm all for it.  For several years now.  chuckleshuffle

Any update or rumors about the Aussie style punter that Rhule referenced a few weeks back? I wonder if he’s a portal addition or coming from that ProKick program in Australia. He should be joining the team in about a week.

I believe the story was he is through the ProKick program.  Word is they do not want to announce anything until he's actually here and locked in lest they risk another team trying to flip him.

You have to also consider this player is coming from another country. Could take a while to get things straight and figure all the logistics. It is not an easy move as he will be leaving friends and family behind at a younger age.  He will get here soon enough.
