That’s fine. I honestly think it was kinda dumb to bring in another sophomore but I guess they thought he’d be a difference maker and in that case it doesn’t really matter. But when it doesn’t work out it’s just a good way to annoy all of the young RBs you already have. IMO it’s best to bring in Sr and Jr when you need someone to make a difference quickly. Then your Fr and So won’t assume they’re being replaced long term. And it’s not like DD was a star somewhere else. He was a backup.

Don’t think I ever saw anything connecting this guy to NU.  And Minnesota has next to no NIL, so assume they didn’t have much competition for him.

I could be wrong, but I think that only applies to playoff teams.

He is listed as a safety on the on3 website but on the 247 transfer website he is ranked as 3rd best lb.  This would be his third team he transfers to.  He started his career at Indiana then transferred to Oklahoma.  Would be a huge get if we landed him.
