Well I would imagine that teams are allowed a set amount of time to warm up. If a lightning delay happens, wouldn't they still be allowed to have that time to warm-up?

The storm that is the most concerning to me is just approaching the state line, south of Superior. 90 miles to Lincoln, traveling 25 mph and it is impressive, currently producing quarter-sized hail. Hail parameters get better (that is BIGGER) near Lincoln. If that storm survives that long it would be arriving around 10:30 pm.
Frost may may want to keep the clock moving for this game, if at all possible.
