Question: What does this have to do with anything? Any coach that would be here would be making this money. Fire Callahan and the next coach will probably be paid more.

In the NFL, they make players sign contracts where they only get the money if they meet certain criteria throughout the season (incentives). How about this: BC gets 70,000 guaranteed. He gets 15,000 per game won. He gets 500,000 for winning the Big 12. He gets 1 million for winning the NC. I think maybe there would be a little incentive in there for him! In this we assume we play a 12 game schedule.
