You become a booster by sending the program a check every year. Some checks are bigger than others. My checks will probably buy another gallon or two of Gatorade every year and basically qualify me for nothing in the way of fringe benefits. I'm barely a blip on the radar for tickets.

I'm a volleyball booster, too, and I go to the banquet every year, and I have the potential to go to other boosters-only events, but for now it's just the banquet.

I'm sure there are some boosters here who get more from their donations than we do, so maybe they'll come in and tell you what the perks are. Mostly my perks are a letter every other month asking me to be a bigger donor. :)

 
i hear carl pelini will be fired off season due to relations with a female boosters wife.i have milled this over in my mind for several days and even wrote a direct email to sean callahan to ask for verification.but he didnt see fit to return my emails and verify it as a true or false rumer.

what an absolute devistating blow to the nebraska defense if this is true.How would you replace him number one he is awsome and also the blow to players psycie. I hope this is untrue rumer but apparently has been going around Lincoln for weeks now.

can anyone help me out here. is this unfounded rumer and nothing to worry about as far as his job or what??
