He is basically just saying he will be announcing before his senior year of football begins. Most schools start practice the beginning of August, so it seems he wants to have a decision and then focus on his Sr year. This has to be pretty good news for us bc he has been he so many times, but I bet he will make quite a tour next Summer and then decide.
