He's deeply unpopular and his attempts to rule by iron fist caused his approval ratings to plummet on every issue while simultaneously losing 96% of his cases in court. 

If people want to effectively reject Trump, they should do so at the ballot box trough effective messaging that counters his unpopular policies. What we shouldn't do is "reject" Trump by lighting cars on fire, throwing rocks at police, or anything else that will make Trump popular.

People don't like hearing this because people think in terms of "standing up to the bully", which we all understand BUT you have to do it in ways that will help you win elections.  

The funny thing is...not one poster here would light a cop car on fire or throw a rock at a cop...they all know it is stupid, wrong, foolish and dangerous...

But they are also very quick to "root" it on and act like it is a good idea.

While true you say it is stupid, which it is, you rationalize it as people being goated into rioting.   You are rationalizing their stupid behavior, or maybe excusing is a better word, by claiming someone was goated into it.  As if these rioters were tricked into burning cars and acting unruly.  
 

they are clowns and idiots and buffoons.  Just like the people who damaged the Capitol on Jan 6.   Just like the BLM rioters in 2020.

It's political bait because Trump is doing inefficient and poorly conducted immigration raids in Los Angeles and not a meat packing plant or agricultural facility in west Texas.

If the administration actually cared about deporting illegal immigrants, it's not a secret on where to find them. Illegal immigrants aren't exactly hiding.

Which is why is political theater to intentionally arrest and detain people without due process, send them to foreign prisons, 'accidentally' arrest brown citizens and other obviously illegal activity. Once the public is aware of this, they're going to be angry when ICE shows up. 

You ignoring this and cheering on gleefully hoping a small minority of people in LA burn the city to the ground is a symptom of the outrage machine the Right has built its foundation on.

I want to add to this, Democrats need to say also come at this from a pro-America angle. 

America is a good country led by bad people. The problem with the American left is that they think America is bad and Europe is good, so I have doubts if they can pull it off. 

Lastly, I genuinely hope we nominate Josh Shapiro for 2028. He's easily the candidate that gives Democrats the best shot at winning, but he's also Jewish. We need to kill the anti-Semitism currently infecting the far left of American politics.

contrary to your opinion, I don’t hope a small minority of people (small minority of 10 million people is not a small amount of people fyi) burn LA to the ground.   I hope they get squashed quite quickly.   Cause the longer it goes, the more it will happen in other cities across the country.  The Leftists would see LA as a win and try to start the rioting elsewhere.

I personally don't think he's a shoe in.  Gavin Newsom isn't that effective of a candidate, but he is "fighting back" which is all Democrats care about at the moment. So he may well run away with a primary because general election abilities aren't going to matter to Democratic primary voters. 

The issue with Newsom is that he's from a state that doesn't matter and he's going to represent everything unpopular with Democrats in crucial swing states. He doesn't bring anything to the table.
