Joking aside, if we think he is trolling us and others, should he still be on the board? I agree we should not feed him, but I don't think we should expect our members to ignore him if he is just here to troll.

 
I think, at this point, he's given at least SOME indication he's going to comply with his rather terse, "OK". I think we can give it a try and see if he means it. If he doesn't...

And with our loss cm husker has stepped up his posting. We have this report from Landlord about the post above. LINK Zoogs commented that it doesn't appear to break the rules. I agree.

Yeah, way too many people are confusing "dissenting opinion" with "trolling".

This is in a thread - not started by cm - with Pelini in the title. It was inviting everything it got.

We need to keep an eye on him and make sure he doesn't start spilling it over into every thread but I don't see anything against the rules here.

This right here. It seems to be all to common that anyone with a dissenting opinion is automatically labeled as "bad" for not adhering to the groupthink, whether it's right or wrong.

I think he's flat out wrong, but it ain't trolling.

Yeah, I agree with this. He was bad at that early in the season. I haven't noticed it so much lately but definitely need to keep an eye on it.

But even then, he was rarely the one who started the tangent - at least not directly. Someone would comment something about Bo or Frank doing or not doing something and he would immediately jump in. But it wasn't *really* him who brought it up. But people don't notice that.

 
Yes, I'd say he's quite game for a Bo discussion -- but he's not here trying to bring it up all over the place. He'll respond to what he sees are ridiculous assertions about Bo, and in the aftermath of any coach's canning there's always plenty of that.

Outside of the Shed, he seems to be no harder on people in his arguments than any of us will get sometimes. And that's the big difference between him and Polo, I think -- Polo couldn't keep his cool, and really boiled over with the Pelini stuff.

Apparently I warned cm a bunch of times last year. For my part, he seems totally fine to me -- just as much as any of the other regulars such as Landlord, Count or Moiraine who are also, clearly, good members here but now and then fly off the handle and earn a warn point.

Who remembers hedley lamar and how insufferable he was? PPl can change. I think vast amount of heat on him just recently may be working. JMO. Maybe it's an overreaction.

Thought the same thing.

He doesn't have much nice to say about the current staff but I don't see it as trolling. He is usually pretty level-headed in his presentation and has reasons why he thinks what he does.

He just needs to get off insisting on jumping on every chance to bring up or defend Bo and Frank. Even if you have a good point those are non-starters at this point - or dumpster fire starters, depending on your point of view.

 
I've banned his account for a personal attack on JJ today. He's had several chances and was told by Mavric that he had. We've been dealing with this enough. Can I get an IP ban from an admin please?

JJ, I'm not going to reply to your silliness, because you are either baiting me or your comprehension isn't strong enough to understand the discussion.

I cleaned up the Donte Williams thread and handed C N Red a 30 suspension as well for attacking cm husker.
