I dont know any of them. But I guarantee theyre out there.Oh Boy! Insiders! Can't I meet them? There's a hell of a lot of people a lot more in the know than you'll ever be that would easily dispute this notion. This I can guarantee.
Are you saying the program is still in the dumpster from a cultural standpoint then? If it was "destroyed" as you say, what was 08',09',10'? Seems the fans came back together pretty damn quick. Or is that just because Bo is that damn good?
You must have missed the total wins and losses I listed. I'll bold it for you. I could also spell it out in crayon if you would like.you look at one year for each program and complain of perspective?Bill Callahan went 27-24 at Nebraska and was 5-7 (2-6 in conference) when he left. You claim that is not "shambles."
Charlie Weis went 35-27 at Notre Dame and was 6-6 when year he left. You call that a "dumpster fire."
Who lacks perspective? Who exaggerates?
You remember wrong we were 19th lolWeis went 3-9, 7-6, and 6-6 in his last 3 years. Cally was 1 year removed from having Nebraska on a "comeback". We started they year top 10ish if I remember right. Notre Dame had become a perennial loser by the time Weis left. We had a bad season.
And you do understand that improvement cant be a constant right? Sometimes you have to take a step or two back in order to take that leap forward. THIS HAPPENS TO EVERYONEOh Boy! Insiders! Can't I meet them? There's a hell of a lot of people a lot more in the know than you'll ever be that would easily dispute this notion. This I can guarantee.

Perennial loser, with one losing season in five years under Weis? What does that make Nebraska with two losing seasons and far worse record under Callahan? "Shambles?"Weis went 3-9, 7-6, and 6-6 in his last 3 years. Cally was 1 year removed from having Nebraska on a "comeback". We started they year top 10ish if I remember right. Notre Dame had become a perennial loser by the time Weis left. We had a bad season. Still plenty of hype and excitement around the program for 08'.
You've got the wrong guy I think....You remember wrong we were 19th lolWeis went 3-9, 7-6, and 6-6 in his last 3 years. Cally was 1 year removed from having Nebraska on a "comeback". But then you accuse Q of comparing one year, then you go comparing 3 years with one losing and one even record to - wait, one year.
Why not compare it to to 4 years with two losing records?
yes, 7-6 and 6-6 are stellar since they aren't "losing seasons". How long would Bo last with one of those non-losing seasons? Which side of the fence will you sit on if he goes 6-6 this year?Perennial loser, with one losing season in five years under Weis? What does that make Nebraska's two losing seasons and far worse record under Callahan?Weis went 3-9, 7-6, and 6-6 in his last 3 years. Cally was 1 year removed from having Nebraska on a "comeback". and the year before that was better than any of Weis's last 3...so now you've got 2 years.oh that's different because of um the one year before was good
Yes, one time Callahan went 9-5 and went to the Cotton Bowl. Don't tell anyone that Weis went 10-3 and 9-3 and went to two BCS Bowls.oh that's different because of um the one year before was good
You've got the wrong guy I think....
Notre Dame was in a pattern of losing. You can't say that about Nebraska when Cally left. He was a year removed from a division championship. The pattern hadn't developed yet. Glad we didn't allow it too. Then again I sometimes wonder if he'd had a chance to fire Coz what might have happened.
i bet you regret bringing up notre dame.and the year before that was better than any of Weis's last 3...so now you've got 2 years.oh that's different because of um the one year before was good![]()
