A likely story, FLU.

 
AT&T bought cingular. I think these "proxies" -- in perhaps a lot of cases? -- are simply mobile data IPs, which change regularly and appear to be shared between different users.

That said, the Richt fascination is an interesting point. FLU *does* seem like the kinda guy who doesn't just stop deciding to come back.

OK, I haven't read any of these threads in detail and don't totally know where the GOAT hub-ub is coming from, but ... would a little time off be the worst thing here?

This is what I'm thinking. I don't see it getting better.

I'm I wouldn't bet a nickel AGAINST this being FLU.

 
It's FLU. As you know, Mavric suspended GOAT for 14 days. GOAT sent an email whining about how MattyIce is being mean to him. I just noted the email address:
