If your saying all these usernames have the same IP and we have banned the others, just ban him before he posts. If I knew I'd do it myself.....Are we in agreement?

 
Correct - all the other users with that same IP are banned. Given the evidence, I think we should. I'll do it - if anyone disagrees I'll "un-ban" him later.

 
if you look up that address in ARIN, it returns this:

Cox Communications Inc. COX-ATLANTA (NET-68-0-0-0-1)

68.0.0.0 - 68.15.255.255

Cox Communications Inc. NETBLK-OM-RDC-68-13-0-0 (NET-68-13-0-0-1)

68.13.0.0 - 68.13.127.255

If this is suppose to discern where this address is handed out with respect to Cox's service, he's in Atlanta. Unless ff moved to ATL....

 
That may reflect it's corporate location, which is Atlanta. Cox has gone private, but had some older SEC filings on its website, and the filings indicate that major operations are centered in Atlanta - even though it's incorporated in Delaware.

I checked my IP. The ARIN query returns similar information. I'm in Omaha.

Just in case anyone gets an email or PM - I banned "restored_order". I was looking at his posts, and noticed his use of the terms "Callllllahan" and "Clownahan". Same terms used by formerfan. So, I checked IPs - sure as hell, same IP as:

aweshucks (68.13.22.74)

Duluth Husker (68.13.22.74)

ForRealBigRedFan (68.13.22.74)

Hannah Montana (68.13.22.74)

OmahaPoohBear (68.13.22.74)

All of whom were banned.

That was the IP formerfan got when he switched providers.
