Gregory & Abdullah NFL Draft

Gregory - #28 Broncos

Abdullah - #59 Broncos

What, a man can dream, can't he?
Could you imagine Von Miller and Randy Gregory blitzing off the edge in Wade Phillips 3-4 scheme? Damn that would be awesome!

Then draft Abdullah to combine with C.J. and that would be a hell of a one two punch. Montee Ball hasn't done a damn thing.
It's sounded for a long time like the Broncos are going OT @ #28. But if a Top 5 talent is there.....

Manning knows what it's like to have two DEs wreaking havoc when he's on the sidelines. That would be crazy. And (*reaching*) Miller has had his own issues so perhaps the Broncos have someone who could help Gregory along????
Well, we got Gregory's twin instead.
I thought for a second they were thinking Gregory. Man, Gregory really screwed up somewhere and it obviously wasn't the weed thing for Denver. Somebody is gonna get a good player for a reasonable price. I'm happy with the pick though. Ray looks explosive as hell.
Yeah, I figured they were not going OL after trading up. Really thought they might have jumped at Gregory. Close but ....

I changed my picks for Gregory (Colts 61) and Abdullah (Ravens 90), but I'm not even sure if Gregory will even be drafted in the 2nd round now.
These picks were not in on time. I will allow your entries, but they are not eligible for the grand prize.
Well I changed it yesterday, but whatever, I don't want your stupid kidney.
Oh ok! Now I see what you meant, you went and edited your earlier pick. I can make you eligible for the grand prize if you apologize to my mentally handicapped kidney.

CHICAGO -- Arguably the best pass rusher and the best safety in the 2015 NFL Draft will be back in the green room at the Chicago Auditorium Theater on Friday when the second round commences.

Randy Gregory of Nebraska and Landon Collins of Alabama were the most notable players who came to Chicago to personally attend the draft to go unpicked in Thursday's first round. Gregory, once considered a top-10 pick, saw the bottom fall out of his draft stock after he failed a drug test at the NFL Scouting Combine in February. He also failed at least two drug tests at Nebraska, and his drop in the draft was further signaled by an NFL Media report that Gregory's mental capacity to handle pro football is lacking.

Can't believe Gregory would go sit in the Green Room. Doesn't he have anyone advising him? This was totally predictable.

Oh well. At least there will be plenty of snacks in the Green Room today. And he won't have long to wait. He should go midway in the 2nd round.

Now we are starting to get to the Abdullah before Gregory rounds?
Imagine if Gregory had Abdullah's work ethic and character. Proby would've been a top five pick yesterday.
Would have been a lock at 3 IMO
Millions...up in smoke...
Still richer than I will ever be, with a great opportunity ahead of him. Go get show them what you got Randyland
That does not excuse losing out on millions. Just stupid and idiotic. So many pro athletes are millionaires on signing day and penniless shortly after their careers are over...

If he can't deal with the mental rigors of football... how's he going to deal with getting a real job if this doesn't work out?

Good chance it won't be easy for Randy Gregory to get any real job if he is dealing with serious mental issue.

But in fairness, most of us don't have jobs where millions of strangers are second-guessing everything we've done or will do.
