I'm drawing my line in the sand here and now!

My family has excellent tickets (between 40-50 yard lines) and we have decided that, as a family, we will not go to the Wisconsin game and leave our seats empty. We will start going to home games again after this team wins a conference game decisively, and not until then.

GBR!

you should give them to an underprivileged family or sick kids if you are going to do something stupid like that
Nope, we want to leave the seats empty. We'll be back when the team shows that they are worthy of our time.

If we have another coaching demonstration against Wisconsin like we did against Illinois, I suspect there will be many more fans following suit. The Program looks weaker right now than ever before...let that sink in before you reply.

You could donate the seats to underprivileged kids and then ask them to hold up signs that said, "The so-and-so family isn't her because they do not approved of the current caliber of this football team. However, they were nice enough to donate their seats so the less fortunate have a chance to utilize what they take for granted."

See? Win, win!

I'm sure the team is losing sleep over the fact you will be absent. Feel free to send me your tickets since you are foolishly wasting them.

If so, I don't consider you a fan of Nebraska, and you can take your donation money and spend it somewhere else.
He's not a fan because he doesn't want to show up to watch our crappy team struggle to make a bowl game this season? Maybe he has more fun things to do on his day off? Just because he wants to protest this way doesn't mean he's not a fan.

I'm sorry if he'd rather spend his time doing something else other than watch the sh*tshow that is Mike Riley's Huskers. To bad we have to wait 3 seasons to fire him only to hit the reset button again. Until then, you can fully expect more people not to show up and the donation requirement for next years season tickets drop.
