Coach Sims said he will visit between today and next weekend just not sure on the date yet. 

I know he has sent several good players to Nebraska but I can't stand Sims as a person. When he coached at FSCC he was like Coach Buddy Stephens (Last Chance U) on crack. Absolutely terrible to his players and staff. He also treated the people of Fort Scott absolutely terrible. He's a good coach, but dbag in every other aspect

Interesting.  There were rumors of a silent QB commit.  Not sure if that affected things or not.

Given we do not have any pure dual threat QBs, I think taking a JUCO like Wilson and an incoming true freshman makes sense. I do think Gebbia or POB could conform to Frosts offense, but would like to see 2 QBs taken.

I get not wanting them to visit on the same weekend, but we probably need both.

Perhaps Frost knows Vedral is coming home.

Benning all but said Vedral is transferring earlier this week on their show.   I wish I could remember which day and segment it was so I could like the podcast.   Vedral would basically be a 'coach' as a player in year one teaching the offense to the other QBs while he uses his redshirt season.  My impression was we'd get a JUCO like Wilson, who would also have some knowledge of the system and Vedral to help coach a true FR and the QBs that stay.

Noah Vedral is a QB from NE that signed with Frost at UCF and is rumored to be interested in transferring to UNL now that Frost and staff are here.

From what I have seen Martinez has a faster burst of speed than Wilson but welcome others thoughts.

I'm just not used to seeing someone think another player is faster than "Martinez".
