Unfortunately I don't see him coming to Nebraska. If USC gets a coach that they like he will be going there IMO. If Sark could have just stayed another couple years.
You're a negative a-hole that I wish would just leave.

WTF is your problem?? So I guess since you became lord over the recruiting forum people can't give a completely logical opinion. Whatever happened to that time when you said you were leaving the board? Why don't you GTFO!!

How is my status negative? I've heard from more than one person that has seen practices that there is no reason Foster shouldnt be starting. Got wonder. If you just want to have blind faith thats fine, but i dont. And also, i really want KJ to come here. But, with his dad being a former Trojan and with their biggest problem with program (Sark) now gone, i just think it will be hard to pull him from USC if they make a good hire. And just in case you havent figured it out yet, IMO means in my opinion.

Well, I still think he's a nice guy. He's not screwing us with his buddies on purpose or maliciously. He probably thinks they're good at what they do. He would just be wrong and that makes him inept not the a-hole you portray him as. Might be a case of some misdirected anger. Might be time to relax a bit.
Explain the lies. He said he wasn't going to force his system on these players. So explain the 50+ passes a game. He's an A-hole. He doesn't care what anyone thinks or says, he's like every coach that ever coached, he has an agenda and he's going to push that agenda come hell or high water and he will NEVER admit he's wrong. There is no misdirected anger. I'm not angry at him. I'm just tired of being told something that's not true. I bought all the nice guy crap at first, I wanted to believe it, but he's not a nice guy, he just plays one on TV.
Easy. Those aren't lies, he just doesn't know how to do the job better. They think they can't run the ball so they throw it 50 times. They legitimately think they are doing the right things. Not lies. Not malicious. Not an ahole. Just extremely over matched for the job at hand. Might seem passable in a place like Corvalis with a lot lower expectations but not here. I like the guy, I really do and hope he can get it turned around. But my brain tells me that just ain't gonna happen. His loyalty to Banker and Langsdorf will be his undoing. No need to demonize the guy or start a hate fest. He is just out if his league. And I hope he proves me wrong about that.
I want Nebraska to win. I agree with that. If he goes 12-0 next year I will sing his praises. But, I will still have my opinion that the whole "nice guy" persona is just an image for the cameras. I agree that what he does isn't to screw Nebraska fans, but he has no loyalty to Nebraska fans and no real concern for us either. And since he's wasting a tremendous amount of our money on these incompetent coaches (and he would have to be mentally retarded not to know they are incompetent), it shows that he is more concerned with his buddies' well being than the fans who are paying his salary. I think that makes him an A-hole. He knew Banker was bad at OSU and he could have hired any number of good D-coordinators, hell Ed Orgeron was practically begging to come to Nebraska, but Noooooo, he went with his buddy Banker, to the detriment of Nebraska fans everywhere. Not a good guy.
Nor should he. There shouldn't be single Power 5 head football coach on the planet that gives two f%&k** what the fans think. They have too much stuff on their plate as is. Also, you aren't paying the coaches' salaries, the university is. Quit sounding like a delusional mouth-breeder.

Who does this........seriously.......give me an example of when this has happened before?
Bobby Bowden maybe.
During a time of turmoil...really.....doubt it...anyway what pi$$ poor timing.
How effing weird. There's nothing wrong with him coming now or any other time that he wants to go to a Nebraska game. Being annoyed at the coach/A.D./Chancellor doesn't mean that every damn little thing they do is terrible.

I assumed you meant when did a big time coach from another program come to a Nebraska game before.
It's wrong for a boss to do this.....that's all. Beside the fact I never heard of another AD doing this anywhere.

Not good management.
This is one the dumbest collections of sentence fragments I've seen posted around here recently, and it has had plenty of stiff competition.

If the talent is there then we wouldn't be starting a record number of walkons. End of story.
So the walkons have no talent? Are you saying Janovich isn't more talented than a lot of scholarship players on other teams?

Silly statement. "End of story" makes it even more comical.

Someone on HOL used Rivals to examine the recruiting classes of Nebraska and Northwestern. Northwestern's last two classes rank higher than Nebraska's.

Must have missed where ADS said the walkons have no talent. I know I can count on you to point that out, seeing as how you'd never exaggerate or bullsh!t on here.

The only thing comical on here is your psychopathic obsession with tearing down this staff.

#endofstory.

BTN breezed in for an afternoon in August to do their annual preview segment of the Huskers. During the segment, Gerry DiNardo pays a complemint to our linemen. And from this we're supposed to draw the conclusion that "Sipple puts the talent argument to bed"?? Ha ha! That's rich.

There's a little more to the article than the one opinion I quoted. Here's some more:
I considered Nebraska a contender to win the Big Ten West Division. In cleveland.com's annual preseason poll, NU was picked second in the West and received five of 40 first-place votes.
None of the media that regularly covers the team predicted it. That includes 20-some people who watched several practices in August. I know of nobody in that crowd who predicted the Huskers would win fewer than seven games total.
But if it makes you feel better to call our student athletes "untalented", go for it.
I would advise you not to put words in my mouth.
I was very careful not to put words in your mouth and I will continue to avoid it.

No you weren't. You were being a tool telling him he was making fun of our poor defenseless student athletes.

Wrong. Read it again.
"if it makes you feel better to call our student athletes "untalented", go for it."
Just saying something is wrong doesn't make it so. Nuance did not say we're untalented. He said the argument isn't over. He also didn't mention or imply that doing so would make him feel better. That comment makes you a tool. At least in the moment you make it. I'm guessing there are moments when you're alright.
