Hutchinson, KS is reporting 14" of snow on the ground right now and it's not done, Topeka has 5" and snowing very hard. Lincoln may have lucked out.
But as has been mentioned several times, the air is so dry that any snow will have to be pushed up here by the winds, borne along on the storm itself. It won't be able to use pre-existing air moisture.
