Jay and Silent Bob get busted by Big Red Iowan for posession with intent to distribute. It was BRI's keen detective skills that just happen to notice the small amount of weed in the back end of Jays new truck.

after a long drawn out 60 minute show and after many misdiagnoses ultimately leading to near death of the patient (Mr. Nelson) several times....the infection is discovered and corrected by this guy:
