RB Madre London [Michigan State - Signed LOI]

Two more Crystal Ball predictions for MSU, including Husker Illustrated's Michael Bruntz. Hopefully we're picking up on someone else because it's not looking too good here.
We can afford to be picky at the RB position....Newby and Taylor last year put us in a great position. Already have Stewart in this class (hybrid RB) and hoping to snag Ballage.
This is what I'm looking for as well.
If we added Ballage to that backfield... Woah. Watch out.

The talk always has been Ballage would be a better LB but with all our young LBs, we could give him a long look at RB.
Only the talk of people on here. He is being recruited heavily as a RB and I get the impression all those teams want him right where he is, not to flip to LB. He IS a beast at RB period. He has potentiial to be great at LB but hasn't really showed it in high school.

Most people want him at LB... but, he has made it clear that he wants to play RB so thats what most people will offer him as...

It's all about getting him on campus...

Right, a lot of the recruiting talk was saying he projects better at LB but would rather play offense. He was invited to the Five Star challenge as a LB but also worked out on the other side of the ball.

I'm sure we've told him he'll get a chance at RB, especially since we're a little short at that spot right now and seem to have several young LBs.

How'd he look Mav?
I really didn't get to see him play much. I missed the first quarter where he had 101 yards rushing and he only got a couple carries after that (they won 35-0). 101 yards in a quarter is pretty good, though.

Taking an OV to Illinois today.

London's says Wisconsin, Nebraska, Michigan St, Illinois, and Pittsburgh are his short list. Still, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Michigan St are the three that stand out.

London's final four are Wisconsin, Nebraska, Illinois, and Michigan St. He will be announcing his decision on Monday, Nov 4 (on a radio program then Twitter). Not sure who he will pick, but Illinois would be a big surprise.
