Yes and no. It would probably be better to an individual recruit to have their potential position coach recruiting them. However, the regional approach allows one coach to get to know the coaches in the region a lot better and probably sets us up for better success in the long term no matter what position we happen to be recruiting in the area.Beast. This and it also allows the coaches to see more recruits and less time traveling to different parts of the country.
