Ohio is replacing Texas as the hotbed of recruiting for us........

The smart thing about recruiting in Big 10 territory is those recruits aren't playing for a team in our conference when they sign with us, while we usually don't compete against other Big 10 teams for Texas or Calif kids. Not that Mich or OSU are always in on the kids we sign, often Iowa, PSU,Mich St, and Wisc are.

Because the Junior Day is invite only. Expect that date to be filled with more "high priority" kids

So a quality 3-star kid with great hands isn't a 'high priority'. Well...that would explain the drops from last season if that is a proper assessment. Welcome to Nebraska Kevin.

I think this kid will probably move up in the ratings. I think he's undervalued now. I know the coaches had him up pretty high on the board.

He is definitely an underrated prospect.

I agree, I think this kid could be very special. I really like the character of all of the kids that we have so far.

I'd say there's a bit of a difference between throwing it up to a 6'1 receiver and a 6'4 receiver...

According to Gladney, he is 6'4.

And according to me, I am 6'6.

While there is a big difference in 6-1 and 6-4...I'm happy with 6-1 (which is what it is sounding like he actually is). Players lie about their height all the time. I just heard the other day that Westerkamp is actually closer to 6 even and not 6-2. Oh well, I'm not worried about either of these 2 getting some completions.
