oh I'm willing to give him a chance, just like anyone else on this new staff, just gets tiring being a "training school". I don't care about splash hires, just want someone who has actual experience and has a resume. Like the two I named above. They are at smaller schools, no reason why we can't entice them to come here. I'm not upset about the hire, moreso scratching my head about it.

It seems like everybody else that Riley has hired is an experienced coach, maybe he's the exception. He worked under one of the best so I'm all for it.

Coach Bray is who I'm most excited for. Gonna definitely be interesting in how the offensive side falls.

Saw where Crabtree (recruiting guy) said he was one of the better young recruiters around.

As a fellow fan who likes Bray's potential, this video was interesting (maybe you've seen it).

Good point on the certifications as well. There's a ton of certified personal trainers running around in the world that have no idea what they're doing and just throw a bunch of crap at someone to make them think they have all the answers.

Dobson's results spoke for themselves. WAY too many guys got hurt, our conditioning was poor, and our OL looked like the line for the dessert table at Golden Corral. He sucked.

I'm not a floozy like all you other people saying you "wood" do anything that moves. *sticks nose in the air*

 
I have a master's in exercise physiology and a CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist) what most div 1 strength and conditioning coaches have. But I would not be able to do a good job at the div 1 level. It's like coaching. Experience and learning from greats. Not certification. Although you do have to have that

If he is it. I'd be anxious to see if he has the experience or skill to take our guys to the next level
