and your constructive remarks will have no effect on me whatsoever. i am fairly competent in grammar, just lazy when using a keyboard.

The answer to your question is self-explanatory.  If one were face to face with someone for the first time and making an introduction, they would not lead with a statement like that.  Notwithstanding your comments on grammar, you likely understand that...

For the Board Moderator: DS used the term "lazy" to describe himself.  I in no way suggested that, nor did I defame him in this response.

This weekend, there's a birthday everyone can get excited about. Burger King is partying it up for the Whopper's 64th birthday with a sweet deal for fans. This Saturday and Sunday only, BK is rolling back the price of its famous burger to the same one it had when it first debuted: 37 cents.

That's right. Rewind back to 1957. We were just beginning the Space Age, Jailhouse Rock was all over the radio, West Side Story had just opened on Broadway, the New York Giants moved to San Francisco, and the Whopper was debuting at Burger King.
