Well most people would say  He may look guilty but he deserves his day in court just like anyone else.  If convicted, lock him up.

Because MAGA has often times said "He may look guilty but he deserves his day in court just like anyone else" before chanting "lock her up" or on the flip side "witch hunt", "weaponization of the Biden DOJ", "election interference!!!", "banana republic!!!"

It's a less flimsy excuse, but if you listen to the actual words spoken, AOC and partner had determined that driving was the safest mode of transportation during pre-vaccine pandemic, and other models of EVs did not have the 200+ range to make the New York to D.C. commute. That's always been Tesla's competitive advantage. Not sure why any of that suggests AOC hates her job, but it does have a whiff of elitism and Musk.
