Im not all over the map. I wanted Eric Adams prosecuted, look what happened there. When his quid pro quo with Trump was made public, democrats all over the country called on Hochul to remove him and she didnt, because they look out for their own. I want Bob Menendez to serve his whole 11 years, but hes asking Trump for a pardon and will prob get one. How many pardons has Trump given his rich buddies to either keep them out of prison or get them out of prison?

Laws only apply to us normal people. There is so much corruption in our govt from both sides that everyone just turns a blind eye now. Thats not me being all over the map, thats me losing faith in the system. Laws should apply to everyone from President on down. The criminals in 2008 got bailouts while we lost our houses. Until laws are applied evenly to everyone, including politicians on both sides, we will never be great. Its why the next dem president needs to hold people accountable and if it includes people in their own party, Im all for it. And we all know where republican investigations go: nowhere.

It’s looks like what I’m reading is if Latisha hadn’t prosecuted Trump then she is fair game to be held accountable for any crimes which at this point are only alleged.   
However, since she prosecuted Trump, she is no longer someone who can no longer be referred for prosecution for alleged crimes.

The weak, do nothing but collect a paycheck democrats who would be first on this list to be primaried, are fighting harder against this than fighting against the fascists in charge right now. They think standing up for due process and free speech is a losing battle for democrats even though Trumps approval on immigration is now underwater due to fighters like Van Hollen.
 

They are worried that Bernie Sander and AOC will become the face of the party because they are the only ones actually doing something to mobilize the base to resist and fight back. Instead of getting themselves out there and doing the same thing, theyd rather just do nothing for 4 years and get rich in the process. 
 

The whole party, minus a few people, is corrupt as s#!t and needs a top to bottom purge. These losers are the reason the party has a 27% approval rating and will continue to lose. Hogg needs to resign and create a PAC to primary these people. He has the majority of the base behind him, the only people against this are the elites of the party and the do-nothing idiots.

Are they worried about this or that both Sanders and AOC are too extreme for the American populace? Both Clinton, Biden, Harris were not near as left leaning as Bernie nor AOC. Obama included in that as well.

They are more than welcome to get out there and do their own rallies to mobilize the base if they are worried about that. And those two would be considered moderates in Europe. Only in the US do people think that European social safety net policies are too extreme and profits for blue cross and united are more important than having adequate health care system, but whats going on now is not extreme at all lol. There will be a day we finally get universal healthcare in this country and I do believe we are closer than people think. 
 

And we will never know how 2016 would have gone if Sanders was the nominee. All we have is early data from the primary season. Sanders was up double digits in polls against Trump. Clinton was within the MOE in the same polls. We know how that turned out.

UHC makes me nervous for health outcomes & increased waits on operations personally. I do not trust the American government to run it effectively. Not sure how much the cost would be off the top of my head. I would welcome a cost estimate to see. I have Blue Cross through my work and even after my surgery this year to remove my appendix it was pretty damn cheap w/ a stay in the hospital. 

I think the standard of living in the US could (and should) be better than what it is. Reduced crime, better healthcare, & such. It seems in a lot of ways these are getting bleaker than generations had it before.

Social Security, medicare and medicaid are the most popular govt programs right now and it is considerd political suicide to even hint at cutting them. Its why the republicans lie about it and now that they are caught, some are backtracking on voting for the budget. But yes, you need to prosecute people like DeSantis, Rick Scott or any other politican from either party that was found to commit fraud against these programs. If you let them get away with it, it will keep happening. If you make an example out of the crooks, then it stops. Its as simple as that. 
 

And medicare for all would save billions of dollars. This is the true waste, fraud and abuse in our country. But the lobbyists give donations to our politicians and then they vote whatever way the lobbyists want and that is both parties.
