bo's first season was no worse than his most recent. and his second and third were pretty good.

I think 9-4 with Joe Ganz and co. while getting obliterated by Oklahoma and Missouri is quite a step down from 9-4 with freshman Tommy and every game competitive.

Regardless, it's weird how coaches are able to have success early sometimes isn't it? Especially when you think of Hoke going 11-2 his first year.

I think a lot of it is attitude.
Guys with personalities like Bo, Harbaugh, and Hoke can have a quick improvement because they're very energetic, and it's easy for talented players who are discouraged to buy in and excel.

The trade offs aren't always fun but it's just a thought I have watching those guys.

They play Saturday. It will be their chance to prove who is the better team. Unless LOMS is strapping on the pads and helmet, he doesn't get to proclaim anything. His proclamation has no effect on the game, but still, these players have the right to establish who is the better team. It's why they play the game. Neither team has played any sort of schedule that can definitively say which is better. Which is why the fact that they play each other is such an excellent opportunity to display just that.

So shut the f#*k up with the butt hurt bullsh#t. If Nebraska stomps their asses, then kiss my a$$. If Nebraska loses, I will be butt hurt and you can call me butt hurt all ya want.

I'm not saying either team is better. I think both are good teams. Which is why you practice, lift weights, study film and play the game. Two good teams will play one will win. Hope it's the team I root for. I don't think you understand what it is to proclaim.
