The P&R Plague Thread (Covid-19)

Cherry picking at it's finest. Note that the comments are about the 6 ft distance NOT social distancing in general as that tweet wants to believe.
The 6 ft distance was very important metric to business’s trying to stay afloat they had to follow.  Just ask them.  They would have preferred 2 or 3 ft which turns out to be more accurate assessment of what mattered.

No idea for sure but with a mask on a cough/sneeze probably travels way less than what they normally do, which is up to 6 feet.

Unless you are my Dad, because his sneezes sound like it travels half-way across the country.

God forbid that in the interest of public safety they may have errored on the safe side by, gasp,  2 or 3 feet. #MuhFreedoms #’Merica

Do you understand how many more people a restaurant could have served by that additional 3-4 feet of distance.  OHow much more revenue that would have brought in for them.  Just as one example.   Which it sounds like you don’t give a a s#!t cause #safetymeasuresthataremeaningless matters.  HA.  I wonder how many business’s got fined for having trouble with the 6ft non science recommendations turned into local laws?

I mean if we’re gonna do the whole let’s error on the safe side thing, should we implement it every year to prevent flu deaths and Covid deaths in the coming winters.  Ya know, public safety and all.  #wenoneedfreedoms #settledsciencetillitsnotbuterroronsafeside

I wonder that too, since the year and a half I spent living in Atlanta and still frequenting businesses as much as I could, I never saw any strict enforcement of any kind of specific social distancing and have never seen or heard of any stories of businesses or individuals getting in trouble for it.

Who exactly are you upset with? And why now?

The f#&%ing thing is over with. I’m sure everyone has learned some things. There was one (1) subset of people who were vocal and opposed to any measures (vaccines, distancing, masks). I thought you no longer identified with MAGA/Trump supporters. But this issue still seems to be top of your s#!t list. Personally, IDGAF about it anymore.
