Thread of Hate

Now, there were also some frustrating things going on in my personal life along with a new baby in the house, so a ho-hum football season wasnt exactly icing on a cake. Coulda done without that. But I'm fine now. I just dont wanna drink any koolaid till it's been properly chilled.
The baby or the season?

Crewe actually called me out for it. And I thank him. His comment reeled me in a bit.
I didn't see that, unless it was pm it was probably one of the days I decided to stay away. In all honesty I thought about calling you out as well, but seeing as how you could crush me with your paper stats I decided not to. When one of the more optimistic and resilient posters starts down the doom and gloom path it's rather alarming. But I can't fault you for it when you're not given any hope. I know I was pretty pysched for last season and after UCLA all my expectations were tempered a bit, then after Minny and Northwestern I just quit expecting anything and took things as they came. Sad really, but I still have hope after how well our defense improved last year and how many weapons we have back on offense.
Its one things to have have tampered expectations for a particular season within that season, but my thoughts were going down the toilet for the future. Like I said, it's not that I wanted Bo gone, but that rather I just thought that's what was going to happen, even after all the encouraging things I heard. Then I was starting to pick apart every sentence voiced by assistants as some other asshats here do, and I found myself not liking it at all.

It was actually somethings other than the baby and the season. Some of it at work. Just some changes going on and it was a frustrating time. It happens. But when you look forward to a fall Saturday afternoon as that get away time, and that turns out just as frustrating and mind boggling, it doesnt exactly do you any favors.

So a lady from my work brought in some chex mix she had leftover from Sunday, and I hate when people just pick out the rye chips.
