This.  It's a lot easier to find offensive skill guys than anything.  Small schools are stocked with really good athletes on offense and trying to patch things together on defense.

I'll say this about UCF, there’s no reasonable reason - considering where the program is at - to believe that he should be able to do everything that needs to be done in games, to win games.
