Amart needs to see the field better but he definitely is a gamer as a runner 

i understand wandale played great down the stretch but it wouldve been great to see a bigger back in down the stretch so we couldve have potentially gone up two scores 

my heart goes out to the WR core but major respect because they still play the game unselfishly

By rule, the ball was recovered out of bounds. It’s a really stupid rule. 
I’ve seen that play in the NFL. I wasn’t surprised one bit by the play. It was a great job by the returner. By establishing himself out of bounds and catching the ball, the ball is out of bounds by rule. 

 
Randall Cobb did it in a Packers game a few years ago; he stood with one foot in and one foot out, and picked the ball up. He knew the rule, and the Illinois player knew it too. I'm sure special teams players are made to be aware of it.
