What exercise did you do today?

Leg day today. Was thinking about this last night. Thoughts on adding weight to pull ups? I usually do 3 sets if 10 with good form. Should I add any weight and how much?
Eat at HuHot right before. That should give you an extra 5-10 pounds
 
I don't care if my splits are weird. So there.

Step ups

Tricep extensions

Skullcrushers

Dips

Deadlift

Jumping Moiraines

A handstand
